In addition to the practical Lavaresi reservation app, there are options that an apartment landlord can install and activate.
The following options require special hardware in the electricity distribution system
“End of wash cycle” message
Shared washing machines, dryers and drying rooms are associated with the potential for conflict among tenants. Lavaresi’s IoT Internet of Things environment determines when a wash cycle has been completed.
The smartphone or the app reports as soon as the washing or the drying process is finished and when the laundry can be removed.
Bill and pay
Lavaresi also offers a billing and payment function. Billing is based on electricity consumption.
- Washing or drying process is completed.
- The customer account will be debited with the agreed price.
- The customer account can be topped up at any time using IBAN, Twint or credit card.
