How can I register for the Lavaresi app?
In order for tenants to be able to register in an apartment building, they must first activate a residential address. This is normally done via the property management company or the owner of the property.
Once this has been done, the procedure for users is as follows
- Install the app or via https://app.lavaresi.ch
- Enter private email and residential address
- Confirm registration link
- Reserve and wash
What are the benefits of the Lavaresi app and the additional options?
Lavaresi puts the tenant at the center of all activities.
Shared infrastructure such as washing machines, dryers and drying rooms makes ecological sense, but also makes sense in terms of the limited living space. It becomes annoying for everyone involved if access to the required infrastructure is no longer possible at all times. Rigid washing schedules are therefore often a frightening idea for tenants (friendly neighborhoods excepted, of course).
The Lavaresi app puts an end to rigid washing schedules. The days are divided into 2 to 4 time blocks. Each block can be reserved and used by tenants. Instead of a whole day, washing can take place at a specific time. Utilization increases, as does the satisfaction and relaxation of all renters.
As the app also shows transparently who has reserved when, communication between tenants is encouraged. This makes it very easy to make arrangements and swap reservations.
And in very well-organized living situations based on friendly neighbourly relations, informal agreements are also reached to keep evening and weekend times free for tenants who work outside the apartment building. Less stress for everyone.
Optionally, billing can also be processed very easily and user-friendly via the app. This also includes the ability to send notifications at the end of a wash/dryer cycle. These two options require a hardware installation.
What do I do if I have technical problems?
Lavaresi offers app users a support option. You can easily contact the support organization using the feedback function in the app or by email to support@lavaresi.ch.
The most common errors that occur are published here in the ‘frequently occurring problems’ section of the support organization.

How can I make a payment with Lavaresi?
In addition to the reservation function, the owner of a property with a technical installation can also easily handle the payment system with Lavaresi. The most important features are
- The costs incurred are charged to the tenant in the app (personal account).

- The tenant can pay into their own account free of charge (via IBAN). Other supported payment methods are Twint and credit cards.
- Users can find detailed information on each individual credit and debit in the app.
